IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE IN-STOCK & OFFER DEALS PURCHASE! All processing fees are non-refundable. As the payment processors are no longer refunding fees so we will not be able to refund those fees accordingly.

You are charged in full amount at time of purchase for in stock and offer deals products. Shipping fee based on the destination country of delivery will be auto-calculated & included in the total amount payable upon checkout.

Shipping fee to certain destination countries will be auto-calculated.

If you are unable to locate your destination country of delivery during checkout, you can email to statueartcollectible@gmail.com to find out the shipping fee for the item and complete the transaction offline. We will separately invoice you the product and shipping fee via PayPal direct.

We accept major Credit Cards via HitPay and PayPal direct. For Singapore local customers, PayNow is also accepted.

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Please be aware that if you cancel the pre order, all deposits or full payment amount are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PURCHASES unless with the consent by Statue Art Collectible.

Deposit payments collected during the Pre-order phase, will be paid to the manufacturers to secure the quantity, hence we are not able to refund any deposits placed on the pre-order items.

We encourage our customers to read the PRE-ORDER PURCHASE POLICY and PRE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY before placing an order.

Deposits or Full Payment amount are ONLY refundable if the Manufacturer cancels release of said products.

Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to process order cancellations. If you have recently placed and order and would like to cancel, please email to us as soon as possible and we will advise whether order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of order processing you order is at, your refund may have a processing fee incurred, which we will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.

Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. If you become aware of a mistake in the shipping address of an order you have placed, please email to us  as soon as possible and we will try to help reroute your order. If your order is unable to be rerouted / wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.

We encourage our customers to CHECK THAT ALL ADDRESS INFORMATION HAS BEEN ENTERED AND IS CORRECT before proceeding with the payment.

All orders are shipped within 5 to 9 working days, upon confirmation that all payments and shipping fees have been received for the order.

Singapore Local Warehouse Pickup

For local customers who have select to do the pickup at our warehouse, we will email/call you to arrange for a date & time to do the pickup.

Local Delivery within Singapore

For local customers, item usually will reach you within 1 to 2 working days (with delivery pre-arrangement). We have our local delivery team to deliver our orders within Singapore at a flat rate of SGD30 per trip. You can select “Singapore” during checkout to opt for local delivery.

International Shipping

For overseas customers, item will usually reach you within 7 to 10 business days, subject to destination countries’ custom clearance duration. Do expect longer delivery time during peak seasons.

We partner with DHL Express, UPS, FedEx and Aramex to deliver our orders internationally.

Default shipping method will be the most cost-efficient method for your order unless otherwise stated by customer.

For international shipping, tracking number will be provided.

The shipping fees charged on your order is based on the volumetric weight of the product and your destination country.

For Pre-Order products, at the checkout stage, you will not be shown the shipping fees. Email us at statueartcollectible@gmail.com to find out the estimated shipping fees for Pre Order products. Shipping fee is only available when the product is ready to be shipped.

All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the couriers before goods can be released to you. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Failure to pay for taxes and duties will result in the package being returned to Singapore or discarded at destination country.

For package returned to Singapore due to a package refusal at the destination country, Statue Art Collectible will not be liable for any refunds.

For package that is discarded at the destination country by the couriers, Statue Art Collectible will not be liable for any refunds.
